Salary: $70,000–$140,000

What you will do

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate construction activities.
• Manage project budgets, cost controls, and change orders.
• Handle project startup, completion, and closeout processes.
• Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and customer relationships.
• Resolve quantity and payment issues with owners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management with at least 3 years’ experience in construction (equivalent experience considered).
• Experience with MDOT or government agency projects.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong leadership, team collaboration, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in HCSS Heavy Bid, HCSS Heavy Job, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass drug test.
