What you will do

• Provide direct patient care in a telemedicine setting, focusing on obesity and comprehensive diabetes management.
• Collaborate with APPs and Registered Dietitians to co-manage shared patient panels.
• Supervise and mentor up to three Endocrine-Specialized APPs through chart reviews and regular collaborative meetings.
• Manage complex endocrinology cases involving CKD, ESRD, and CAD/CV conditions.
• Prescribe non-controlled medications for obesity and diabetes.
• Participate in a rotating after-hours call schedule with clinical leadership.

Requirements

• Board certification in Endocrinology by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM).
• Must be eligible for W2 employment in the United States.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an attending physician in endocrinology.
• Expertise in advanced diabetes management, including CGMs and insulin pumps.
• Demonstrated competency in managing complex co-morbidities (CKD, ESRD, CAD/CV).
• Experience mentoring APPs, medical residents, or trainees in clinical settings.

Nice to have

• Certification by the American Board of Obesity Medicine (ABOM).
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in obesity medicine and pharmacotherapy.
