TL;DR

Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations (Consumer Protection Team) (Fintech): Identify and quantify customer experience insights and pain points across the customer journey, collaborate on solutions with cross-functional teams, and build systems to optimize product and service quality. Focus on driving high-impact projects through strategy translation, rigorous data analysis, hypothesis testing, and executive-level reporting.

Location: Hybrid with 3 days per week onsite in New York Headquarters; relocation assistance available for candidates outside NY/NJ area to NY, SF, or SLC offices. U.S. locations only with geographic pay adjustments.

Salary: $184,000 - $230,000 USD OTE (Tier 1 markets: NYC/SF); adjusted for other U.S. locations.

What you will do

  • Partner with Director of Consumer Protection Team to set strategy and translate into goals and execution frameworks.
  • Identify key challenges using business knowledge and analytical skills.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and functional leads to prioritize customer experience initiatives.
  • Work with Analytics and Data Science to test hypotheses and build insight infrastructure.
  • Manage diverse project portfolio, adapting to shifting priorities.
  • Distill progress into executive reports and facilitate strategic reviews.

Requirements

  • 5+ years relevant experience (e.g., management consulting, chief of staff, strategy, startup roles).
  • Direct experience with high-growth tech/fintech preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable with data tools and partnering with Analytics/Data Science.
  • SQL proficiency, familiarity with Tableau/Power BI/Sigma preferred.
  • Excellent communication for complex topics; bias for action in fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for customer impact and mission alignment.
