Location: remote in North America (EST and CST)
OTE: $165,000 - $195,000

What you will do
- Drive high-priority initiatives across GTM functions, converting vision into actionable plans with clear accountability.
- Design and manage core GTM operating model including pipeline reviews, forecasting, QBRs, and leadership offsites.
- Identify friction points and architect scalable solutions to boost efficiency.
- Synthesize performance metrics into insights and bridge GTM with Product, Finance, and People teams.
- Prepare materials for Board meetings, executive sessions, and investor relations; structure data-informed decisions.
- Own execution of critical workstreams like territory optimization, new market entries, and revenue motions.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Management Consulting, Strategy, or BizOps in high-growth GTM environments.
- Firm grasp of revenue KPIs and metrics; experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or CS strategy a plus.
- High proficiency translating complex data into strategic insights and executive narratives.
- Strategic agility, exceptional project management, and ownership in ambiguous settings.
- Deep SaaS ecosystem experience supporting high-velocity GTM organizations.
- Proven success in high-growth startups; Nonprofit sector knowledge desired.
