TL;DR

Senior Manager of Strategy and Operations (Biosimilars): Design and execute access and business development strategy to support biosimilar adoption with an accent on payer and provider strategies, pricing models, and cross-functional execution. Focus on developing financial models, shaping engagement strategies, and driving structured analyses for partnerships and scenario planning.

Salary: $150,000-$165,000

What you will do

  • Develop and refine payer access strategy including materials for conversations, financial models for pricing and savings scenarios, and monitor reimbursement trends.
  • Shape provider strategy through segmentation, economics modeling, engagement plans, and coordination with accounts team.
  • Lead pricing and access analytics by building models, partnering with finance, and supporting scenario planning.
  • Advance business development by identifying partnerships, evaluating constructs, and supporting negotiations.
  • Drive structured execution ensuring ownership, timelines, and executive-ready materials across stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years in top-tier consulting with healthcare/life sciences market access or pharma/biotech market access/pricing/reimbursement strategy
  • Direct exposure to payer strategy, reimbursement, pricing, or buy-and-bill economics
  • Strong quantitative modeling skills (pricing, GTN, provider economics, scenario modeling)
  • Experience building executive-ready materials and managing cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong communication to translate complex dynamics into narratives

Nice to have

  • Direct experience in biosimilars and/or buy-and-bill oncology
  • Experience in early-stage venture or building new business line
  • Experience supporting payer contracting negotiations
  • Experience with claims analytics
