Salary Range: $175,000 - $250,000

What you will do
- Partner with the President to prioritize time, decisions, and focus areas; prepare materials for board meetings and investor updates; ensure follow-through on key initiatives.
- Own company-wide operating rhythm including annual planning, quarterly OKR setting, and business reviews; lead OKR design, rollout, and tracking across departments.
- Lead high-priority cross-functional initiatives like product launches or facility buildouts; break down complex problems into actionable plans.
- Build and maintain dashboards for KPIs and OKRs; partner with Finance and Operations on performance monitoring, forecasting, and scenario planning.
- Establish meeting rhythms, reporting structures, and accountability practices; improve internal communication and operational processes.
Requirements
- Experience running an operating plan using OKRs in a high-growth or complex environment
- Strong track record of driving execution across multiple teams and functions
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including preparing materials for senior audiences
- Ability to influence without formal authority and hold teams accountable
Nice to have
- Background in finance, strategy, consulting, or operations
- Experience building or managing dashboards, KPIs, and forecasting models
- Exposure to defense, aerospace, hardware, or dual-use technology environments
- Experience working closely with executives, founders, or boards
