Salary: $20/hr (3, 8-hour shifts per week)

What you will do

• Monitor and safely assist mobile service robots in real-world hospital settings
• Collect data, troubleshoot issues, and provide detailed feedback to engineers
• Prioritize customer experience for hospital partners
• Communicate effectively with hospital staff and occasionally the public about robot operations
• Help design and implement processes as the operations team scales

Requirements

• High school graduate or GED
• Customer-service oriented with de-escalation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Organized, self-sufficient, able to juggle multiple tasks and make quick decisions
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds
• Able to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Willing to obtain vendor credentials (immunizations, background check, drug screen)
