What you will do
- Manage post-sale campaigns including kick-off calls, production, launch, and reporting.
- Build and execute media strategies aligned with client objectives and revenue goals.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven optimization recommendations.
- Proactively identify upsell, renewal, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Client Partnerships, Ad Operations, and other teams on proposals and planning.
- Orchestrate communication with clients, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- 1+ years digital campaign planning/execution in publisher or agency
- 2-4 years total work experience
- Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
- Understanding of client business goals and industry context.
- Proficiency in Google Office Suite (Slides, Sheets, Docs).
- Growth mindset, ability to work independently in fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in account management, customer support, media planning, digital marketing, ad operations, or business development.
