What you will do

• Manage post-sale campaigns including kick-off calls, production, launch, and reporting.
• Build and execute media strategies aligned with client objectives and revenue goals.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven optimization recommendations.
• Proactively identify upsell, renewal, and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Client Partnerships, Ad Operations, and other teams on proposals and planning.
• Orchestrate communication with clients, agencies, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 1+ years digital campaign planning/execution in publisher or agency
• 2-4 years total work experience
• Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
• Understanding of client business goals and industry context.
• Proficiency in Google Office Suite (Slides, Sheets, Docs).
• Growth mindset, ability to work independently in fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in account management, customer support, media planning, digital marketing, ad operations, or business development.
