Sales Performance Manager, Bilingual (Home Services): Partner with internal and external sales leaders to identify performance opportunities, improve staffing effectiveness, and drive key sales KPIs including compliance and customer satisfaction with an accent on balancing strong performance, compliant behaviors, and customer service. Focus on evaluating performance data, reviewing sales calls, communicating strategies, and motivating teams to achieve objectives.
Location: Hybrid schedule based in South Charlotte, NC Headquarters (Monday-Thursday office, Friday remote). No visa sponsorship or transfer, including H1-B, F-1, OPT, STEM-OPT, or TN visa; not available corp-to-corp.
Total Cash Compensation: $60,000 - $86,000 per year

Requirements
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) required.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Business, Finance, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2+ years relevant experience; call center management preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and data-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, G-Suite.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and strategic decision-making skills.
- Comfortable with travel to partner locations and team meetings.
