Location: Hybrid schedule based in South Charlotte, NC Headquarters (Monday-Thursday office, Friday remote). No visa sponsorship or transfer, including H1-B, F-1, OPT, STEM-OPT, or TN visa; not available corp-to-corp.

Total Cash Compensation: $60,000 - $86,000 per year

Requirements

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) required.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Business, Finance, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2+ years relevant experience; call center management preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and data-focused mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, G-Suite.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and strategic decision-making skills.
• Comfortable with travel to partner locations and team meetings.
