TL;DR

Client Success Manager (SaaS): Own the full client lifecycle from onboarding to renewal for a high-volume portfolio of Corporate segment clients in landscaping and commercial cleaning with an accent on adoption, retention, and expansion. Focus on building multi-threaded relationships, driving value realization through data-informed strategies, and managing account health with structured playbooks.

Location: US Remote (fully remote)

Salary: $71,800 - $96,100 USD (for US residents)

What you will do

  • Serve as primary point of contact for ~100 Corporate clients, proactively managing book using health scores and data.
  • Build multi-threaded relationships and mutual success plans tied to client ROI.
  • Drive feature adoption, value delivery, and retention through structured tracking and renewals.
  • Monitor risks, execute churn prevention playbooks, and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Implementation, Product, and Support; maintain CRM hygiene in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years in customer success, account management, or client-facing role, preferably B2B SaaS or landscaping
  • Customer value and ROI mindset
  • Strong communication skills adaptable to various audiences
  • Ability to manage high-volume book with structure and autonomy
  • Solutions-oriented attitude and proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with field service management, landscaping, or commercial cleaning
  • Experience with Gainsight or similar CS platforms
  • Ownership of renewal cycles and commercial instincts
