What you will do

• Manage recurring revenue retention and growth goals for an assigned client portfolio.
• Oversee high-volume subscription cycles and ensure on-time SaaS contract renewals.
• Identify and generate up-sell and cross-sell opportunities for the Account Executive team.
• Develop account retention strategies by proactively identifying churn risks.
• Track customer health and renewal metrics, providing detailed reporting to leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline contracting processes and advocate for client needs.

Requirements

• Experience in renewing and retaining customer contracts, preferably within a SaaS organization.
• Proven success in driving product value and adoption in a high-volume environment.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence C-suite executives.
• Familiarity with MEDDICC or similar consultative sales methodologies.
• Ability to travel up to 25% based on customer and business needs.
