What you will do

• Administer user authentication systems across Google Workspace, Okta, NetSuite, and Salesforce.
• Implement and maintain SSO, 2FA, and RBAC across company systems.
• Monitor device compliance, apply updates, patches, and mitigate endpoint security risks.
• Analyze logs from cloud and endpoint systems to detect security breaches.
• Provide end-user support for hardware/software issues and assist with onboarding/offboarding.
• Train employees on IT systems and security practices, maintain records, and generate compliance reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing IT infrastructure: laptops/desktops (macOS, Windows, Linux), WiFi, peripherals.
• Hands-on with IAM systems, SAML, OAuth, 2FA.
• Familiarity with Jamf, Intune, or VMware Workspace ONE.
• Proficiency in OS administration (Windows, macOS, Linux), network config (routing, VLANs, firewalls).
• Basic scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python).

• Cloud identity providers: Google Workspace, Okta.
