What you will do

  • Conduct high-volume outbound outreach to targeted Fortune 2000 and large-scale enterprise accounts.
  • Build and qualify pipeline by understanding prospect environments and compliance requirements using BANT methodology.
  • Research and profile enterprise prospects to improve connect rates and appointment setting metrics.
  • Set high-quality meetings and hand off qualified opportunities to National Account Managers and sales leadership.
  • Maintain accurate CRM documentation and meet monthly KPIs for meeting quotas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a relevant major.
  • 3+ years of proven track record as an SDR within a startup environment.
  • Documented success in appointment-setting for Fortune 2000 or large-scale enterprise customers.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and SDR tech stacks such as Outreach and ZoomInfo.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US (implied by EEO and federal/state law mentions).
