What you will do
- Independently manage geographic territory, identifying and qualifying public sector clients like law enforcement, fire/EMS, schools, and municipalities.
- Engage decision-makers via calls, emails, in-person visits, and tailored outreach to build sales pipeline.
- Conduct product demos and presentations showcasing AED hardware and SaaS emergency response solutions.
- Develop expertise in products, use cases, and industry practices to act as consultative advisor.
- Use CRM tools like Salesforce to track activities, manage pipeline, and drive metrics.
- Travel ~30% within territory for relationship-building, on-site visits, and deal closures.
- Foster long-term partnerships, navigate objections with resilience, and contribute to mission-driven culture.
Requirements
- Reside in Colorado; preference near Denver or Colorado Springs.
- Proven success in outside sales of emergency response, safety, or medical equipment to public sector clients.
- Experience owning and managing geographic territory, building pipelines, and engaging decision-makers.
- Skilled in in-person product demos and presentations for SaaS and physical products.
- Technical aptitude to master innovative products quickly.
- Proficient in Salesforce, SharePoint, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational skills with proactive mindset.
