What you will do

• Expand and grow the hirify.global program within partner organizations.
• Identify and manage opportunities within the partnership pipeline.
• Lead all outreach and communications across the top of the sales funnel.
• Handle administrative and operational tasks related to the sales process.
• Report key performance metrics back to company leadership.

Requirements

• 1 year track record of exceeding performance-based metrics.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for remote collaboration.
• Ability to track and report on key success metrics.
• Willingness to travel to partner locations (less than 10% of the time).

Nice to have

• Experience working with hospitals and doctors.
• Proficiency with technology tools including GSuite and Slack.
• Previous experience and desire to work in a fully remote environment.
