What you will do
- Drive disciplined sales processes including prospecting, stakeholder relationship building, delivering value propositions, and managing closing timelines to win business.
- Achieve growth and profitability targets for the healthcare vertical by meeting quotas, profit goals, and performance metrics.
- Communicate company vision, brand, and strategy to potential clients while leading discovery, preempting objections, and building sales pipelines.
- Grow client relationships, ensure retention, and expand business through proactive opportunity identification and value-selling.
- Implement sales strategies leveraging deep knowledge of products and portfolio to create urgency and exclusivity.
Requirements
- 5+ years consultative sales experience in human capital, BPO, or technology-based industries
- Proven record of negotiating and closing new client sales, including contracts, pricing, SLAs
- Track record developing leads, pipelines, and VP-suite relationships; consistent quota attainment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce); willingness to travel as required
- Strong relationship-building, communication, negotiation, strategic mindset, and multitasking skills
