Location: Remote within the United States with occasional business travel

Salary: $110-125k base annually

What you will do

  • Drive disciplined sales processes including prospecting, stakeholder relationship building, delivering value propositions, and managing closing timelines to win business.
  • Achieve growth and profitability targets for the healthcare vertical by meeting quotas, profit goals, and performance metrics.
  • Communicate company vision, brand, and strategy to potential clients while leading discovery, preempting objections, and building sales pipelines.
  • Grow client relationships, ensure retention, and expand business through proactive opportunity identification and value-selling.
  • Implement sales strategies leveraging deep knowledge of products and portfolio to create urgency and exclusivity.

Requirements

  • 5+ years consultative sales experience in human capital, BPO, or technology-based industries
  • Proven record of negotiating and closing new client sales, including contracts, pricing, SLAs
  • Track record developing leads, pipelines, and VP-suite relationships; consistent quota attainment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce); willingness to travel as required
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, negotiation, strategic mindset, and multitasking skills
