What you will do
- Initiate outbound calls to partner stores to follow up on interactions, orders, and concerns.
- Resolve store inquiries and act as a liaison between clients and internal teams.
- Collect and document store feedback to drive product and process improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of call outcomes and feedback within the CRM system.
- Generate regular reports summarizing feedback trends to support strategic planning.
- Identify opportunities to optimize communication efficiency and follow-up processes.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in outbound calling, customer service, or account management.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and proven relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy under pressure.
- Comfortable working remotely and during night shifts.
