What you will do

• Own end-to-end technical sales, including inquiries, data samples, and issue resolution.
• Create use-case examples and demos in Python, C++, and/or Rust.
• Gather customer feedback, testimonials, and case studies.
• Maintain CRM records, forecasting, and sales documentation.
• Build networks with industry executives and partners.
• Monitor trends and collaborate across teams for seamless customer experience.

Requirements

• Experience with full sales pipeline: top-of-funnel, upselling, channel sales, customer success, forecasting.
• Ability to communicate with developers and quants.
• Understanding of quant trading and market microstructure.
• Attention to detail, record-keeping, process automation in HubSpot.
• Professional communication for institutional finance.
• White-glove sales management, identifying pain points, honest fit assessment.
• Readiness for startup environment with limited resources.
