What you will do

• Own the technical sales process: answer inquiries, provide data samples, solve data issues.
• Create examples and use-cases with market data in Python, C++, and/or Rust.
• Gather customer feedback, testimonials, case studies.
• Maintain forecasting, record-keeping, and CRM (HubSpot) organization.
• Build networks with executives, partners, customers.
• Monitor industry trends, competitors; adapt sales strategies; collaborate across teams.

Requirements

• End-to-end sales pipeline experience: top-of-funnel, upselling, channel sales, customer success, forecasting.
• Understand/communicate with developers and quants.
• Experience with quant trading and market microstructure.
• Extreme attention to detail, record-keeping, process automation in HubSpot.
• Professional communication for institutional financial products.
• White-glove sales cycle management: discover pain points, be honest about fit, avoid pushiness.
• Readiness for startup environment with limited resources.
