Community Programs Specialist (Ohio - Outside Sales): Drive growth within Ohio territory by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities with public sector clients including law enforcement, fire/EMS, educational institutions, and municipalities. Location: Only candidates residing in Ohio will be considered. Remote with regular travel (approx. 30%) within assigned territory for visits, demos, and closings.

What you will do
- Independently manage defined Ohio geographic territory, building and maintaining sales pipeline with public sector and institutional clients.
- Proactively engage decision-makers via in-person visits, calls, emails, and outreach tailored to client needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for physical and SaaS-based emergency response solutions.
- Develop expertise in products, use cases, and industry practices to act as consultative advisor.
- Use CRM tools like Salesforce to track activities, pipeline, and metrics.
- Travel ~30% within territory to build relationships and close deals.
Requirements
- Reside in Ohio; multiple years proven success in outside sales of emergency response, safety, or medical equipment to public sector clients.
- Extensive territory management experience, building pipelines and strategic relationships independently.
- Skilled in in-person demos and presentations for SaaS and physical products.
- Strong technical aptitude to master innovative solutions quickly.
- Proficient in Salesforce, SharePoint, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, organizational skills with proactive mindset.
