Salary: $125-150K base annually plus commissions

What you will do
- Own and grow strategic technology accounts, driving expansion across multi-solution offerings.
- Execute disciplined sales process: prospecting, stakeholder relationships, compelling messaging, and closing timelines.
- Meet and exceed quotas, profit goals, and performance metrics for assigned vertical.
- Communicate company vision, brand, and strategy to potential clients.
- Lead discovery, build pipeline, and anticipate industry opportunities.
- Implement value-selling processes using deep product knowledge.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years consultative sales in human capital, BPO, or technology-based industry
- Record of negotiation, closing new client sales, and developing contracts/SLAs
- Proven track record developing leads, pipeline, and VP-suite credibility
- Verified quota attainment monthly/quarterly/annually
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce)
