Location: Remote position; must be authorized and working from the United States

Salary: $125-150K base annually plus commissions

What you will do

  • Own and grow strategic technology accounts, driving expansion across multi-solution offerings.
  • Execute disciplined sales process: prospecting, stakeholder relationships, compelling messaging, and closing timelines.
  • Meet and exceed quotas, profit goals, and performance metrics for assigned vertical.
  • Communicate company vision, brand, and strategy to potential clients.
  • Lead discovery, build pipeline, and anticipate industry opportunities.
  • Implement value-selling processes using deep product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years consultative sales in human capital, BPO, or technology-based industry
  • Record of negotiation, closing new client sales, and developing contracts/SLAs
  • Proven track record developing leads, pipeline, and VP-suite credibility
  • Verified quota attainment monthly/quarterly/annually
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce)
