What you will do

• Define and track KPIs, use data to optimize adoption and present ROI reports.
• Drive retention and expansion, partnering with sales and leadership.
• Oversee roadmap delivery, aligning Ops and Product teams with client priorities.
• Act as voice of the client to influence product roadmap.
• Refine enterprise management playbook with Ops team.

Requirements

• Proven track record building C-suite trust and navigating enterprise hierarchies.
• Obsessed with data to tell stories, prove value, and predict needs.
• Spot expansion opportunities and turn clients into high-growth partners.
• Translate product capabilities into business value; lead QBRs and whiteboard with stakeholders.
• 7+ years experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or startups (fintech/SaaS preferred).
