Compensation: $105,000 - $134,000 OTE CAD

What you will do

  • Act as primary client contact, managing book of business to achieve ACX goals like automated resolution, CSAT, and ROI.
  • Deploy, scale, and mature client ACX programs using hirify.global's framework.
  • Provide technical guidance on integrations with SaaS tools like Salesforce, Zendesk, Shopify, and HubSpot.
  • Optimize AI agent performance via transcript reviews, data analysis, and knowledge base improvements.
  • Drive adoption, identify expansion opportunities, and report on success metrics.
  • Translate technical concepts into value-driven recommendations for stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in customer success, solutions consulting, or post-sales technical roles, preferably in SaaS, CX, or AI.
  • Experience managing enterprise/mid-market clients and driving measurable outcomes.
  • Strong technical aptitude with APIs, integrations, and system configurations.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management for technical and executive audiences.
  • Proactive and resilient in fast-paced environments.
