TL;DR

Location: Remote (Must be based in the U.S.)

Salary: $200,000 – $245,000

What you will do

  • Build, lead, and scale a high-performing marketing team aligned to revenue goals and qualified pipeline generation.
  • Partner with sales leadership to design and execute field marketing programs for high-quality, sales-ready leads.
  • Own the strategy and execution of multi-channel digital campaigns to achieve MQL targets.
  • Establish a comprehensive reporting framework to quantify marketing's impact on revenue and full-funnel conversion.
  • Bridge PLG and sales-led motions by defining lead scoring, lifecycle nurture, and retargeting strategies.
  • Develop and launch an account-based marketing (ABM) strategy for enterprise accounts.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience.
  • 3–4 years of experience managing a marketing team of 3 or more people.
  • Hands-on experience running digital demand generation campaigns (paid, content, outbound) with tangible results.
  • Deep fluency in revenue marketing metrics: pipeline coverage, influenced vs. sourced revenue, and ROI.
  • Strong understanding of PLG/self-serve motions and their connection to sales-led expansion.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Proven experience building and running an ABM program.
  • Experience contributing to or marketing open source projects.
