What you will do

• Evaluate existing Salesforce org configurations, integrations, and data models.
• Identify technical gaps, scalability issues, and "quick-win" improvement opportunities.
• Define target-state recommendations for global rollouts across Sales, Service, and Opportunity Management.
• Partner with the Data Strategist to align CRM and MDM approaches.
• Support the documentation of sequencing, dependencies, and maintain a technical risk log.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience with Salesforce.
• Expertise in Sales Cloud (essential) and Service Cloud (plus).
• Strong understanding of global rollout strategies and org consolidation.
• Ability to analyze configurations and provide architecture-level insights.
• Experience engaging with business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable recommendations.
• Must be based in Brazil.
