Salary: Base $75,000–$90,000, OTE $150,000–$180,000

What you will do
- Sell Source, an AI-powered SaaS CMS, to mid-market accounts and prospects
- Identify opportunities, manage pipeline, and close deals
- Engage senior executives, develop relationships, and articulate value propositions
- Analyze competitors, turn feedback into strategies, and influence decisions
- Collaborate with pre-sales, product, demand gen, marketing, and channel partners
- Handle full sales cycle in an individual contributor role
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong sales experience, preferably with CMS
- Experience negotiating large strategic deals across prospecting, proposals, negotiation, and relationship management
- Understanding of SaaS business model
- Confident presentation skills and C-suite presence
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced startup-like tech environment
