Salary: $130k - $165k base + commission

What you will do

  • Drive expansion and renewals by identifying growth opportunities and ensuring high retention rates.
  • Develop strategic account plans to uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities in partnership with Account Managers.
  • Deepen relationships with C-level and VP-level stakeholders to drive enterprise-wide adoption.
  • Lead complex contract renewal negotiations to maximize deal value and contract terms.
  • Partner with Product and Marketing teams to align client needs with the product roadmap.
  • Manage the expansion pipeline and sales forecasting with operational excellence in CRM.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Enterprise software sales, ideally within martech or adtech.
  • 3+ years experience managing enterprise accounts and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving high renewal rates in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment with a resourceful, "scrappy" mentality.
  • Ability to operate independently and navigate ambiguity without constant oversight.
