Location: Hybrid in Paris, Lyon, or Bordeaux, France (must be based in or willing to relocate to Paris, Bordeaux or Lyon)

What you will do
- Conduct deep analysis of target companies (300-3k employees) to identify key contacts and decision-makers.
- Execute multichannel outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone) to book 2-3 high-quality discovery meetings per week.
- Apply Smart & Soft selling method and prepare materials for meetings with Account Executives.
- Nurture relationships with stakeholders through long sales cycles with consistent follow-up.
- Contribute to BDR team projects, sales playbook development, and process improvements.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience (analytical minds and versatility valued).
- French native and strong English written & verbal communication skills.
- Strategic prospection skills for enterprise accounts and complex sales cycles.
- Analytical excellence: strategic thinking, account mapping, problem-solving.
- Confidence, resilience, high organization, CRM proficiency, growth mindset.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Paris, Bordeaux or Lyon.
