TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Paris, Madrid, Barcelona, or Brussels

What you will do

  • Identify skill gaps through field research and deliver targeted training initiatives for AE, BDR, and Account Management teams.
  • Design and implement onboarding and professional evolution programs across all operating countries.
  • Create impactful training assets covering sales skills, insurance expertise, legal environments, and product mastery.
  • Orchestrate flagship large-scale events, such as Sales Kick-Off and Back to School, for 100+ professionals.
  • Develop scalable and engaging training solutions leveraging AI and gamification to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Manage change processes as the organization scales into new products and markets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in L&D or as a sales professional.
  • Fluency in French and English is required.
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work with senior leadership.
  • Solid business acumen and a KPI-driven mindset.
  • Strong Learning & Development skills and excellent written and oral communication.
  • Genuine passion for helping others succeed through empathy and collaboration.
