What you will do
- Identify skill gaps through field research and deliver targeted training initiatives for AE, BDR, and Account Management teams.
- Design and implement onboarding and professional evolution programs across all operating countries.
- Create impactful training assets covering sales skills, insurance expertise, legal environments, and product mastery.
- Orchestrate flagship large-scale events, such as Sales Kick-Off and Back to School, for 100+ professionals.
- Develop scalable and engaging training solutions leveraging AI and gamification to maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage change processes as the organization scales into new products and markets.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in L&D or as a sales professional.
- Fluency in French and English is required.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work with senior leadership.
- Solid business acumen and a KPI-driven mindset.
- Strong Learning & Development skills and excellent written and oral communication.
- Genuine passion for helping others succeed through empathy and collaboration.
