What you will do

• Detect and interpret industry inflection points from regulatory shifts, policy, and emerging trends, translating them into actionable insights for hirify.global positioning.
• Operationalize insights via centralized signal logs, executive briefings, and strategic framing for Sales, Product, and GTM teams.
• Partner with Product Marketing to shape narrative and editorial calendar, reinforcing category leadership.
• Produce evidence-led executive editorial across POV briefs, videos, and social posts aligned to product strategy.
• Equip customer-facing teams with narrative tools to strengthen credibility in strategic deals.
• Stress-test positioning against market sentiment and rally teams around shared narrative frameworks.

Requirements

• 8+ years in comms, editorial at tech in regulated industry, or journalism with energy/infrastructure expertise
• Exceptional writer/editor crafting authoritative narratives for senior leaders without sales tone
• Translate complex technical topics (rate cases, bills, papers) into clear business language
• Deep curiosity in infrastructure/energy transition with judgment for emerging issues
• Strong journalist relationships and comfort as trusted source
