What you will do

• Lead development of forward-thinking PR strategy prioritizing conversation creation, cultural relevance, and breakthrough earned moments.
• Originate big ideas and define narratives for agency partners to execute.
• Translate brand strategy, campaigns, and insights into compelling, timely PR stories.
• Manage agencies for executional excellence, timelines, and impact.
• Partner with Brand, Social, Influencer, Partnerships, and Professional Marketing to unlock PR opportunities.
• Integrate PR early into campaign planning and collaborate with leadership for elevated brand voice.
• Measure success by quality, resonance, and cultural impact, refining strategy based on performance.

Requirements

• 12+ years of public relations experience (in-house and/or agency), preferably in beauty, wellness, health, or consumer brands.
• Proven ability to originate and lead big ideas.
• Strong understanding of modern PR intersecting earned media, social, creators, and culture.
• Experience managing and pushing agencies for strategic work.
• Excellent writing, storytelling, and verbal communication skills.
• Highly collaborative with cross-functional influence.
• Comfortable in fast-paced environment with strategic and hands-on execution.
• Deep curiosity about culture, trends, and conversation drivers.
