Salary: $205,000 – $220,000

What you will do

• Own product communications across defined categories to drive awareness, trust, and adoption.
• Influence product positioning and go-to-market decisions in collaboration with Product, Growth, and Clinical teams.
• Lead earned media strategy, including proactive storytelling and reactive engagement.
• Manage communications for new category expansions in men's health and diagnostics.
• Translate clinical, regulatory, and product complexity into clear and defensible messaging.
• Lead issue management for product categories in high-visibility or complex situations.

Requirements

• 10–12+ years of experience in product or consumer communications.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong track record in earned media and landing stories in consumer-facing industries.
• Experience with DTC product-led businesses and regulatory complexity.
• Proven ability to lead issue management and drive cross-functional influence.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
