Annual salary range: $100,000 - $120,000 commensurate with experience.

What you will do

• Track industry news and internal updates to craft LinkedIn posts, op-eds, and monthly board reports for CEO and leadership.
• Pitch speaking opportunities and develop visual impact demonstrations for social media, blogs, emails, and funder communications.
• Manage monthly newsletters, funder webinars, and one-off impact updates while collaborating on research dissemination.
• Support media pitches, maintain press lists, track mentions, and create white papers for rapid distribution.
• Build targeted lists for advocacy campaigns and ensure consistent content cadence across channels.
• Contribute to campaign ideation and adapt to evolving organizational needs.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years in impact communications, including funder engagement or media/PR, preferably in political or renewable energy fields.
• Strong writing skills to adapt tone for diverse audiences (funders, developers, officials, media) while maintaining message discipline.
• Ability to synthesize multi-team inputs into cohesive narratives and communicate renewable energy economic impacts.
• Proficiency in CRMs (Salesforce), web platforms (WordPress), and design tools (Canva).
• Analytical skills to prioritize, manage multiple projects independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with organizational skills, cross-team collaboration, and flexibility for other duties.
