What you will do

• Detect and interpret industry inflection points from regulatory, policy, and climate developments, translating implications for hirify.global and executive strategies.
• Operationalize insights via centralized logs, briefings to Sales, Product, and GTM teams, and strategic framing.
• Partner with Product Marketing to shape narrative, editorial calendar, and positioning aligned to category leadership.
• Produce thought-provoking editorial in briefs, videos, and social posts that are evidence-led and strategy-aligned.
• Equip customer-facing teams with narratives to strengthen credibility in revenue conversations.
• Stress-test positioning against market sentiment and rally teams around shared frameworks.

Requirements

• 8+ years in comms/editorial at tech in regulated industry or journalism with energy/infrastructure expertise
• Exceptional writer/editor crafting authoritative narratives for senior leaders without sales tone
• Translate complex technical topics (rate cases, bills, papers) into clear business language
• Deep curiosity in infrastructure/energy transition with judgment for emerging issues
• Strong journalist relationships and comfort shaping storylines
