Salary: $125,000–$244,000

What you will do

• Drive proactive media relations and thought leadership to reinforce leadership in private markets.
• Develop strategic communication programs to increase visibility among high-growth private companies.
• Partner with Listings leadership on IPO pitches and long-cycle relationship building.
• Shape narratives articulating the private-to-public journey and capital formation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and regional teams.
• Coach internal partners on consistent storytelling in high-stakes settings.

Requirements

• 12–15+ years of experience in corporate communications, agency, or in-house roles.
• Deep connectivity across the private market ecosystem, including investors and advisors.
• Exceptional skills in narrative development, media relations, and executive storytelling.
• Strong commercial mindset with experience supporting client pitches and growth initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Business, or equivalent experience.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid environment in New York City.

• Advanced degree (MBA or MA in Communications).
• Fluency in private company lifecycle and capital formation dynamics.
• Experience leading through influence in matrixed, regulated environments.
