What you will do

• Set and execute regional GTM strategy aligned with company objectives
• Drive pipeline generation campaigns and provide deal oversight
• Deliver accurate forecasting, revenue management, and cross-functional partnerships
• Recruit top sales talent, design onboarding programs, and drive skills development
• Build high-performing teams and foster a culture of excellence
• Achieve booking targets, optimize pipeline metrics, deal cycles, and win rates

Requirements

• Experience building high-velocity, predictable revenue engine sales motion
• Understanding of territory planning and guiding Regional Sales Managers on target accounts
• Ability to navigate complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders
• Exposure to MEDDICC and/or Command of the Message
• Strong understanding of value-based selling and business outcome positioning
• Strong relationships with CISOs of key accounts and experience with channel partners
• Track record of quota overachievement and closing strategic deals
• Extensive experience in cyber domain
