What you will do
- Develop, maintain, and grow strategic client relationships and lead key aspects of the sales process.
- Facilitate buy-in for proposed CX solutions from top-level client management.
- Lead delivery teams from project planning through final execution.
- Manage day-to-day interactions and expectations with client executives and sponsors.
- Optimize delivery processes and methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide leadership and support for delivery teams and participate in recruitment activities.
Requirements
- 10+ years of IT consulting experience.
- 3+ years of experience leading CX projects.
- Proven experience with large contact center implementations.
- Ability to manage consulting teams to produce high-quality client deliverables.
- Strong analytical and technical skills to independently develop CX strategies and solution architectures.
- Must be willing to travel through the US.
