What you will do

• Build and nurture client and internal project team relationships
• Manage project profitability, timelines, budgets, and high-quality delivery
• Develop and monitor client KPIs, providing clear objectives to the team
• Translate client briefs into actionable strategies and lead campaign planning and execution
• Communicate effectively with clients and executives via meetings, calls, and writing
• Drive projects to completion while upholding processes for scheduling and documentation
• Think strategically to anticipate risks and adjust project plans proactively

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 6+ years as project or account manager in digital marketing, with 3+ years at an agency
• Ability to manage personal and multiple project deadlines
• Skilled in project management tools like Microsoft Project or Basecamp
• Knowledge of digital marketing elements: paid media, SEO, social media, analytics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in profitability, ROI, forecasting calculations
