Sr. Program Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Identify and finalize project and implementation scope.
• Develop detailed implementation plans covering internal, client, and third-party resources.
• Coordinate delivery teams and manage multiple simultaneous implementations through on-time, high-quality completion.
• Generate weekly status reports and lead status meetings with clients and project teams.
• Lead steering committee meetings with client C-level decision makers and senior management.
• Manage implementation budgets, service improvements, stakeholder relationships, and transitions between Sales, Global Delivery, and Client Services.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant project management and client-facing software implementation experience.
• Expertise in JIRA, Excel, Clarizen, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office.
• Financial services experience, including investment, banking, insurance, fintech, market data, securities, or financial markets.
• Knowledge of investment accounting and reporting and familiarity with SaaS platforms and delivery models.
• Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in finance or accounting.
• Experience managing teams of 7–15 people, working in matrix reporting environments, and communicating with external clients.

• Consulting experience.
• Experience implementing software solutions in financial services, market data, or insurance.
