What you will do
- Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns including cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn targeting marketing leaders.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture leads within target industries like SaaS and eCommerce.
- Book high-quality discovery calls and demos for Account Executives.
- Craft personalized messaging focused on marketing pain points such as CAC and conversion rates.
- Maintain CRM tracking and collaborate on ICPs and outreach strategies.
- Optimize outreach via A/B testing and exceed KPIs on meetings and pipeline value.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Sales Development, Outbound Sales, or Lead Generation.
- Proven experience selling marketing services, advertising, or MarTech products.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, PPC, funnels, analytics).
- Success booking meetings with senior decision-makers (CMOs, Heads of Marketing, Founders).
- Proficiency with CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce) and outreach tools (Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft).
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills; highly organized and results-oriented.
