What you will do
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities in target industries
- Conduct outbound outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to engage decision-makers
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior sales teams
- Attend in-person client meetings, site visits, and networking events
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Present tailored staffing and recruitment solutions
- Maintain pipeline tracking in CRM systems and meet sales KPIs
Requirements
- Must be based in Miami
- 5+ years in sales, customer-facing roles, or lead generation
- Proven success in outbound sales, business development, or client acquisition
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to attend in-person client visits and meetings
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Highly motivated and target-driven for hybrid/on-site role
