TL;DR

Sales Development Rep (AI): Driving outbound lead generation and qualification for an AI-powered communication platform with an accent on high-volume cold calling and pipeline management. Focus on refining sales messaging and scaling customer acquisition through omni-channel outreach.

Location: Must be based in Culver City, CA for on-site work (Monday-Thursday)

Compensation: $70,000 – $80,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Own the sales cycle from qualifying leads to setting up demos for Account Executives.
  • Conduct outbound sales across mediums including cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.
  • Manage an active lead pipeline and utilize Hubspot CRM.
  • Refine sales messaging and strategies to achieve company sales initiatives.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in outbound sales utilizing sales enablement software.
  • Proven experience performing a high number of daily cold calls.
  • Experience creating and conducting sales sequences, including copywriting and testing.
  • Must be based in Culver City to meet in-office Monday through Thursday at 7am PST.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to operate independently in a scrappy startup environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
