What you will do
- Identify and research potential clients including CIOs, deans, and program directors.
- Conduct outreach through calls, emails, and social channels to generate interest.
- Qualify leads by assessing needs and fit with experiential learning and accreditation solutions.
- Schedule product demonstrations and hand off qualified opportunities to account executives.
- Manage CRM data, support pipeline, and assist with events and market research.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive mindset, persistence, and coachability
- Comfort building relationships and reaching out to new people
- Curiosity about higher education, health sciences, and SaaS
- Ability to manage priorities in fast-paced environment
- Strong Microsoft Suite skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
