What you will do

  • Identify and research potential clients including CIOs, deans, and program directors.
  • Conduct outreach through calls, emails, and social channels to generate interest.
  • Qualify leads by assessing needs and fit with experiential learning and accreditation solutions.
  • Schedule product demonstrations and hand off qualified opportunities to account executives.
  • Manage CRM data, support pipeline, and assist with events and market research.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive mindset, persistence, and coachability
  • Comfort building relationships and reaching out to new people
  • Curiosity about higher education, health sciences, and SaaS
  • Ability to manage priorities in fast-paced environment
  • Strong Microsoft Suite skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
