TL;DR

Technology Sales Support Associate Director - Strategic Solution Architect (Enablon ORM/EHS/PSM): Support growth across operational risk management, EHS, and PSM solutions with an accent on pipeline development, solution positioning, and strategic deal support. Focus on complex customer engagements, expansion opportunities, and aligning business requirements with implementation approaches.

Location: Hybrid (8 days/month) in North York, Canada

Salary: $118,800 - $199,050 CAD + commission

What you will do

  • Support sales, marketing, and BDR teams in building pipeline for Control of Work and broader ORM/EHS/PSM opportunities.
  • Position Enablon solutions, identify expansion scope, and contribute to value-based customer discussions.
  • Engage in high-value deals, deliver demonstrations, lead RFP responses, and coordinate with stakeholders.
  • Drive upsell and expansion within existing customers by adopting additional capabilities.
  • Align with Professional Services on implementation strategy and scope early in sales cycles.
  • Assist customers with digital transformation, change management, and cloud migrations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience with Enablon platform
  • Strong domain expertise in ORM, EHS, PSM
  • 5+ years in Consulting, Business Architecture, or Solution Engineering
  • Experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles

Nice to have

  • Understanding of enterprise software in risk, safety, or operations domains
  • Commercial awareness and deal strategy support
  • Pipeline development and go-to-market experience
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
