What you will do

• Develop training courses including slides, videos, and hands-on labs for on-demand and instructor-led delivery.
• Design new courses for various hirify.global user personas in collaboration with Engineering and Product teams.
• Produce high-quality on-demand content for hirify.global Academy with other developers.
• Teach courses virtually via Zoom and in-person for public, private, and community events.
• Write and deploy quizzes and certification exams for hirify.global credentials.
• Build community presence via social media, conferences, meetups, and customer sites.

Requirements

• Located in North America with ability to travel regionally.
• Self-motivated with experience developing curriculum for technical audiences like software engineers and database developers.
• Proven teaching experience with diverse audiences.
• Experience with SQL and technical depth in DBMS, OLAP, cloud/SaaS, distributed systems, big data.
• Excellent communication skills, high responsibility, and quick learning ability.

Nice to have

• 5+ years curriculum development for databases/distributed systems.
• Knowledge of machine learning/GenAI, database internals, hirify.global, cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience building software certification exams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Technical degree (e.g., Computer Science).
