Salary: $125,000 - $175,000 Annually

What you will do

• Design and maintain a structured framework connecting verticals, use cases, personas, and workflows.
• Own a centralized source of truth for vertical use cases and customer persona profiles.
• Develop and co-deliver training on vertical-specific solutions and persona-aware storytelling.
• Create field-ready sales enablement resources, including guides, playbooks, demo scripts, and videos.
• Partner with Solutions Engineering, Product, and Product Marketing to align personas with ICPs and roadmap priorities.
• Define success metrics and continuously iterate enablement content based on adoption and impact.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Solutions, Product, or Sales Enablement.
• Proven ability to build enablement systems from scratch (documentation, scripts, videos).
• Strong skill in translating technical complexity into clear, field-ready guidance.
• Experience facilitating live trainings and workshops that drive behavior change.
• Must be located in New York.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a builder mindset and bias toward action.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS, B2G, or public safety environments.
