What you will do
- Execute multi-year strategic plans within assigned enterprise accounts to drive growth.
- Identify and develop new opportunities across business units in partnership with engagement managers and delivery teams.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with VP, SVP, and C-level stakeholders.
- Lead consulting and advisory engagements to establish credibility for large professional services programs.
- Orchestrate internal and partner teams through proposal strategy and deal execution.
- Provide CX thought leadership regarding business and technical solutions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of enterprise sales experience.
- 3+ years of experience selling CX or contact center solutions.
- Demonstrated success closing complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities exceeding $1M.
- Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence C-level stakeholders.
- Experience with large contact center or CX transformation initiatives.
- Willingness to travel within the US.
