Staff Product Manager (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Own a product area end to end, from customer and market discovery through outcomes, metrics, development direction, and measurement.
• Build deep expertise in product security assurance challenges and translate customer needs into product decisions.
• Use AI automation for research, data gathering, synthesis, analysis, and repeatable product feedback loops.
• Own product messaging and provide product information to the go-to-market organization.
• Partner with services and software development teams to deliver customer outcomes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in B2B enterprise software within cybersecurity or an adjacent field.
• Experience with complex technical products where security, compliance, or risk management is central to the value proposition.
• Strong market research and synthesis skills, including the ability to turn customer, competitive, usage, and regulatory data into actionable product direction.
• Experience building AI capabilities into products and using AI to automate product work.
• Clear written communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fully remote organization.
• Understanding of how product decisions connect to revenue and go-to-market execution.
