Staff Product Manager, Platform (AI)

Salary: USD $140,400–$372,300 per year, plus potential bonus, stock, and other rewards depending on the role.

What you will do

• Build secure, scalable platforms, APIs, and enterprise capabilities for next-generation developer and AI experiences.
• Enable partners, integrators, and developers to extend and build on top of hirify.global.
• Use telemetry, customer signals, business insights, and usage data to prioritize investments and guide product strategy.
• Collaborate with engineering, applied science, research, design, and business stakeholders on platform and ecosystem initiatives.
• Bring AI-powered platform experiences to market while balancing long-term strategy with rapid execution.
• Drive sound technical decisions through strong engineering partnerships and technical credibility.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product, service, project, or program management, software development, product design, or a related field; alternatively, a relevant bachelor's degree with 6+ years of experience.
• Experience building enterprise-grade platform capabilities such as governance, security, and platform guarantees.
• Experience working on AI-powered products and bringing machine learning or AI capabilities to customers.
• Strong understanding of developer ecosystems, APIs, SDKs, and partner integration models.
• Demonstrated success driving platform adoption, ecosystem growth, and large-scale product initiatives.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and work effectively across technical and business teams.

Nice to have

• Background in applied AI, machine learning, data science, or a closely related technical discipline.
• Experience using data-driven insights to shape product strategy and investment prioritization.
