Director of Product Management (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote within the United States; SF Bay Area, Austin, Denver, or Seattle

Salary: $250,000–$275,000 per year, plus equity and bonus

What you will do

• Define and maintain the strategy for hirify.global's integration ecosystem, including partner categories, priorities, and sequencing.
• Own the roadmap for connectors, public APIs, data sharing, marketplace listings, and other partner-facing surfaces.
• Evaluate whether integrations should be built internally, developed with partners, or not pursued.
• Lead architecture and product discovery with partner product and engineering teams.
• Manage integrations from joint planning and co-development through certification, documentation, enablement, and launch.
• Prepare sales, customer experience, and marketing teams for launches and measure integration adoption, time to value, coverage, and revenue impact.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in cybersecurity, data security, or enterprise infrastructure.
• Experience owning an integration, platform, or ecosystem surface at an enterprise cloud company, such as connectors, public APIs, partner platforms, or marketplaces.
• Experience shaping partner strategy, selecting partners, building internal alignment, and launching integrations.
• Technical fluency in APIs, data models, identity, and telemetry, with the ability to engage partner engineering teams directly.
• Deep knowledge of the cybersecurity ecosystem and emerging AI landscape.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; MBA is welcome but not required.
